Beginning Fall of 2024, the MLBTB Soccer Club has contracted PESA to provide trainers for Rec, 4v4, and travel teams to work hand-in-hand with the MLBTB Board and parent coaches    

PESA is a soccer training company focused on developing soccer players while nurturing young individuals to become confident, connected, and compassionate members of a larger family. Through the years, PESA has developed concrete curricula for all age groups, designed to ignite a love for the game while focusing on player development and character building. The players are always the priority.  PESA’s core values extend off the field, priding itself in close relationships with players and their families. The high success rates of teams coached by PESA exist due to the positive environment created on and off the field. They foster a space where victories are celebrated together, and setbacks are faced with collective support and resilience.
